Felon Gifts

“Felon Gifts” (@felon_gift) is a channel dedicated to collectible Telegram Gifts, NFT gifts, gaming services, and giveaways. The feed consists mainly of short posts about new gifts, contests, prices, and game mechanics, though a significant portion of the posts is related to paid giveaways and third-party services. The author remains anonymous, and a significant portion of the posts are deleted shortly after publication. The channel’s main limitations are its opaque monetization, gambling mechanics, and a steadily declining audience.

Content and Format

The channel posts about three times a day, but its actual activity is sometimes much higher due to short updates ahead of giveaways and contests. The main focus is on Telegram Gifts and related NFTs, though gaming platforms, betting, and services with paid features also appear regularly.

Main formats:

• News about Telegram Gifts, NFTs, and changes to marketplaces;

• giveaways for TON or Telegram Stars;

• advertising for games, upgrades, and tournaments;

• brief author comments on market developments;

• Free giveaways and contests for subscribers.

Most of the posts consist of just a few lines without any in-depth analysis. For example, news stories about gifts are often accompanied by a question from the audience or an emotional reaction, rather than an explanation of the price, liquidity, or potential risks associated with the purchase.

Comments are open, so you can see audience reactions and discussions about the contests under the posts. Engagement is around 5%, which remains moderate relative to the channel’s size.

Monetization and Business Model

The channel’s main commercial focus is on promoting third-party gaming and NFT services. The posts feature REELS, Rolls, Random Games, Royal Case, 1win, JetTon, Tonlender, and other projects.

Some of the offers directly encourage users to top up their balance or spend TON and Telegram Stars. Royal Case uses the promo code FELON, which offers a bonus on the first top-up, while 1win’s ad offers bonuses on first deposits made after registration using a promo code.

Another monetization model is paid giveaways. For example, entry into the Gift Giveaway hosted by Tonnel Gift Marketplace cost 0.05 TON, while another giveaway sold tickets for 10 Stars each.

The channel also promotes game mechanics with random outcomes. Users are encouraged to upgrade a gift with a certain probability, participate in PvP tournaments, or improve their ranking to win prizes.

Reputation, Risks, and Key Features

The channel's creator remains anonymous, and the username @felon_gift has not changed since the channel was created in July 2022.

The audience previously numbered about 130,000 subscribers, after which a prolonged decline began, bringing it to its current level. This graph shows a steady outflow of users, although it does not in itself explain the cause.

A separate risk is associated with advertisements for gambling mechanics. These posts often feature casinos, betting, paid game modes, and offers to turn a cheap gift into a more expensive one with a chance of success.

Conclusion

“Felon Gifts” is a good channel for keeping an eye on Telegram Gifts and related gaming projects, but the useful content here is mixed in with paid giveaways, casinos, and advertisements for services with uncertain outcomes. The author’s anonymity, mass deletion of posts, and a declining audience further reduce the channel’s transparency.
